(Bloomberg)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vietnamnews.vn\/economy\/1593944\/interest-rate-cut-expected-to-stimulate-demand-for-home-loans.html\">Banks are reducing lending interest rates by 1-3 per cent per year compared to 2022 to stimulate demand for home loans in the wake of the loan decline. According to a report by the State Bank of Vietnam, people&#8217;s demand for home loans and home repairs decreased by 1.12 per cent in the first half of this year, while the loans increased by up to 31 per cent last year.
