CAMBODIA

The Ministry of Planning will conduct a one-month census on agriculture across the country to develop agricultural, economic, environmental, social, climate change policies to contribute to the eradication of poverty. (Khmer Times)

MYANMAR

The EU has imposed asset freezes and travel bans on 16 individuals and entities in military-ruled Myanmar – including the energy minister, influential businessmen and high-ranking officers – over “grave” violations of human rights inside the country. (Aljazeera)
