A feasibility study of the Project Development Agreement for the Nam E-moun 1 and Nam E-moun 2 hydropower dams, estimated to cost US$450 million and which would comprise mixed clean energy schemes with an installed capacity of 255MW, was signed by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Xaysana Energy Sole Co., Ltd. in Vientiane.
