MYANMAR

Myanmar is the world’s second most repressive environment for internet freedom, according to a new report, as the military regime’s online hostility contributed to “a globally rare decline in internet penetration.” (Myanmar Now)

The State budget revenue was estimated at over VNĐ1.2 quadrillion (US$50.8 billion) in the first nine months of this year, or 75.5 per cent of the estimate, marking an annual decrease of 8.3 per cent, according to the Ministry of Finance. (Viet Nam News)
